The Sela Pass which is one of the highest passes accessible by vehicle in the world is another attraction of Tawang. Located at an altitude of 4,170 meters, the drive through it with its beautiful frozen lakes, praying flags, and Himalayan ranges leaves unforgettable impressions. Another interesting point worth seeing is Madhuri lake which was named after the Indian Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit after shooting her song there.
It is recommended to visit Tawang between March and October.
